Lowered the upkeep cost for the discord masteries.

You can also run both of these concurrently.

Tribulation and despair both have the same duration. (scales with skill)

If it's not giving you a message that is unintentional.

The magic resist is only factored in PvP currently, in future probably on some specific Mobs.
