How is time to cast calculated?
My paladin got the same numbers with Orny and without any bracelet.

He hasn't magery/myst/necro/sw

there are caps...
for example noone can cast faster than 0.25 seconds.

1 sec for Close Wounds with 2 FC and the same with 4 FC. Is it normal?
