Seems to be working for me. One of the odd things about this publish is that it requires you to patch. I know many players that do not let UO patch for one reason or another and play off of an unpatched client.
Check to make sure you patched properly. Other than that, I am clueless...

I have a guildmate who has patched - and is having the exact same problem logging in to Atlantic.
