Can the dragon head turn-in trophy actually be made to look correct?

I just figured out that it can be raised higher by using a goza. I guess I shouldn't be surprised (or complain) since banner deeds on front steps have always looked broken unless you know the "trick".

I placed a square goza, raised it and placed the dragon head on top. There is only so high it can be without having the head higher than the walls, so if you get the message that you can't place, you need to lower the goza by one and try again. Honestly, if you look at the example in Luna, the head sits high while the mounting board sits kinda low, so I think with the goza trick, you'll be happy.
