Can samurai bond lesser hiruy without taming?

Yep, so

Can samurai bond lesser hiruy without taming? Or do I have to transfer taming from my tamer to my samurai for a week?

With 90 skill or higher you can bond a Lesser. Control increases the higher your skill is with 95% control at 120 Bushido.

Take your Hiryu to the stable, feed him (her?), wait 1 week, take him out of stable, feed him, PRESTO 1 bonded Lessor Hiryu!
