calculation problem

I have a calculation problem.
I have a program in excel to track the character's stats (I am attaching it - schedule ELMINSTER)
only problem is that I don't get a calculation: in the game I have 196 mana, while in the document it calculates 171.
Can anyone tell me what I forgot to add?

Are you an elf? They get a mana boost but I don’t know if its 15 or 20

you adding 145 from M32 cell for some reason while you have 154 INT (150 cap) and you don't include 20 Mana elf bonus.
instead of 145 should be 170 if you don't like formulas

I hadn't put the ZIP code in the STATS so now it goes up 4 points. if I recalculate the formula then it comes back to me right. Thanks again
