I don't think you'll be able to find one with 10 HCI and DI. The 10 HCI comes from reforging 5 HCI and then successfully enhancing with Heartwood for the random 5 HCI. I suppose the only way would be if you reforged a piece with DI and HCI, but I don't think you can reforge DI on leg armor.
Il settle for the piece without di and lmc instead
