These things have become somewhat more expensive when soulstones were introduced as vet rewards... especially on Siege those are very valuable.
For a combo, count 150-200k per year per piece.
If it's the ar you aim at, go for it. If it's just looks, dye a death robe and tell people capes are for trammies
