[Buying] Buying house... Size not incredibly important

Looking to buy a house - can be a small one, that is not critically important to me.

Location... Would prefer trammel near Britain but would also consider something on the water (eastern end of the main island or one of the smaller islands).

You should be able to place one easy enough, especially if you're not looking for anything large.
