I was wondering if I was to buy a home from someone that already has vendors on it, what will happen to the vendors?

Are you asking if you buy a house which has no vendors on it (IE is normal?), you will be "alright"?
Pretty sure thousands of homes have been bought or sold with no issues in this game, lol.
