[Parry] Bushido doubt...

I have bushido at 0 with a human character and I have 120 in parrying.

Is there any malus with a shield and the free 20 bushido points (human bonus)?

Nope. This was one of the first questions asked way back when and was answered in the FoF. They made sure that the 20 Bushido from the Joat does not in any way affect your Parry chance.
