Bridge to Jhelom

In the festive spirit of the holiday season, Lord d'Anconia, high governor and all around righteous ruler of Minoc, has instructed the Minoc Royal Navy to construct a bridge from the mainland to the penal colony of Jhelom. To prevent the inmates from starving during the winter months, trade orders may now be carried to and from the island without need of sailing. (extra guards have been stationed on each ship to toss any escaping convicts to the krakens)

Please note that Minoc's wealth and strength have grown greatly under the grand d'Anconia's wise and benevolent reign. Thus the city still has more than sufficient forces to conduct this humanitarian mission and still safeguard its citizens and maintain the total blockade of the cannibals and their queen in Trinsic.
