Missing HCI and/or DCI really hurts. 3-5m maybe

You're close though, that's all it's missing

The essentials are mainly EP/HCI/DCI - doing without one is OK if the rest of the piece is brilliant. Missing two of those 3 and it had better be a godly piece, missing all 3 and it's virtually useless.

The kind of stats that make up for the missing essentials would be combined skills like Taming + Lore, Swords + Tactics, etc.
