Welp something weird happened tonight in Vesper after a Crimson Dragon was killed. Blackthorn Juggernauts spawned. I wonder what is up with that. Is it possible Blackthorn is still alive? or maybe an Heir of Blackthorn?

I went there a month ago and walked all throughout, even to the balcony off of his bedroom. I saw nothing.
