bard masteries and SDI

not sure if it was implemented but it was disccussed, isnt SDI supposed to affect the masteries spells?
ive switched my gear around to check but it doesnt seem to make a difference whether you have it or not.
anyone clarify?

wont push you past the caps.

so if your allready at the cap the mastery spell wont do anything for ya.
