barb runic kit sucks on TC now?

I just got on TC since the changes.. 48 charges of a barb kit.. getting what looks to be 3-5 mods and most are around the 50% intensity boarder

first one I made after this post: gloves, +7 stamia, 4 mana, 9 reflect physical, 5/9/8/7/8 resist...

been getting a lot like this.

No. It just looks like you have bad Karma.

I've made plenty of good stuff the last few days.
