Backpack settings don't save

On the current version, the backpack settings aren't being saved. The changelog from Dec 18 had said settings were fixed, but at least on my machine they aren't.

1. It still always opens in the top left of the play window.
2. It still defaults to a 5-column display when in grid mode.

Do I need a reinstall...?

I can't replicate this.
The new version of the patcher should take care of keeping the UI files in good shape...

This works; I had to delete the character settings and redo them.
