Atlantic - Looking for Decorator

Hello!

I am interested in hiring a house designer/decorator for a new custom house I purchased on Atlantic server.

Plot is 13X14 but I will be attempting to resize over the next day to a slightly larger house.

I have very little artistic ability as well as limited knowledge of UO architecture and would love to hire someone to build the basic house stucture with multiple levels, multiple roofs, interior walls, staircases, etc.

I am willing to pay in UO gold, or cash/paypal if needed as well.

This is not a very good idea, because you are going to either have to give the person decorating your user name and password to get on your account. or to transfer the plot to them to customize the house for you. Lets say I took the job to do this for you what is gonna stop me from having a friend come there and transfer the house to him. or I take the house and sell it. See not a very good idea.

You would be amazed at what you could do if you but your mind to it you need to stop thinking you cant do it and just do it.

Ehhh not a big deal if some unscrupulous person stole the house or account from me actually.

Im just back 2 days now after a 10 year layoff.

What could I possibly have that would matter if I lost it or cant be replaced?

Either way, I ended up toiling over the house myself and although its a HUGE amount of work you are correct. Its better to do it yourself.
