Tonight, a suspect by the name of "Ickle" was apprehended on charges of arson and assault.
The witness... and hero, Avalon, a young gargoyle girl had seen the the suspect walking the streets of New Haven, and immediately subdued him herself.
Avalon was involved in a prior ordeal where the suspect, Ickle had damaged private property by way of an explosion. A nearby patrolling Royal Guard Corporal was also injured during this event.
Buttercup, of the Royal Guard's Haven regiment had eventually shown up and took control of the assailant.
The suspect was taken into custody this evening in is awaiting his formal accusations.
