Are the Easter Baskets Rechargeable?

What easter baskets?
There was a dispenser at the Brit Crossroads in Fel for easter. When you double clicked it you got a basket. The basket had 10 charges I think. When double clicked you got things like jelly beans, chocolate rabbits, easter basket grass, candy eggs. It looked like a blue tinted blessed statue. (Like the one that gives regs, looks like a cat)
I think the statue is still up. Has anyone tried to put the basket back in it to see if it recharges??
