Are people supposed to be able to use explotion potions to hit you through walls or put fields up in

Just wondering if explotion potions were intended to be able to hit a person through a wall, or if that's like a glitch that was never fixed or what? Right now if you are against the wall a person can throw an explotion potion on the wall and it will hit you if you are right on the other side of it (thru a WALL though, really?)

Also are people supposed to be able to still cast energy fields and/or poison fields, fire fields, and whatever other kind of field still inside of a house? I thought a few patches ago it was supposed to fix that so people weren't able to?

as is right now not only explotion potions can hit you from the other side of the wall but poison fields also hit you from the other side of the wall if it's cast right up against the wall... Is this something hard to fix?

They fixed mystic area spells (hailstorm and nether cyclone) going thru walls, so I dont know why they didnt fix fields/potions while they were at it. Always like that, they only fix half of the issue ...
