Arachnid Slayer 14% lower regeant cost, estimated worth?

Anyone know the estimated worth of this book? I'm not sure, don't even know how useful arachnid slayer is.

Well a normal Arachnid slayer with no mods would fetch me about 250k on Baja. But since there not the most desirable superslayer (we need an event with Spiders!!) I would be surprised if you could get 1M for this treasure
