Aquarium bug ?

Hello

When I refill the water I get the msg: "Locked down resources canot be used" ???!!!

It worked last time without issue - now suddenly this msg...

how are you re-filling? You need to just drop the jug on the aquarium, not try to pour the water.

oh jesus... yes of course... Thankyou ! - been doing lots of solen quests where you must pour...
and I was getting all worked up that it suddenly was not working anymore...
