Its one of the newer large sunken treasure paintings recovered by fishing shipwrecks. The one pictured above was dyed to change the frame color from the base grey hue 0.
Can probably find all the graphics in vendor search on Atlantic using "painting recovered" as item name. The major web search engines are useless these days.
