I also got vet rewards, but still only 2.1 gains from the 90's

They started at server-up yesterday. I got my 3.0 gains in the 90s okay.

Amazing, I just this morning went from 99.1 to 101.2...weird....

That is very odd indeed. I got my 3.0 again today and I know at least one guild member who did too.

Can anyone else confirm they are getting the correct gains?
