Anyone know a vendor with stocked 100% poison dmg weapons?

It's killing me trying to find a fast sword with 100% poison dmg on it, and any time I come across a vendor advertising 100% poison weapons, they're always out of stock.

Anyone know of any vendors that are actually kept stocked up with poison dmg weapons?
