Comes from one or several of the Asian shards, there is also a crossbow without mods of the same color.

Peil is right on. *grins* I'd estimate the current value from 25-35m. I've seen them at 50m, but haven't seen one actually sell at that price.

yay bought mine from asuka 6 years ago for 3 mil!

Whether there have been others that have sold for that price or so I cant say, but I would value it in the 20-30m range.
