I was wondering how important is the exp on magic jewelery. So far I have created about 200 magic jewelery pieces and the best ones were the non exp.

Is the exp just for a makers mark or does it some how add to the mods?

I'm pretty sure it's just a maker's mark.

If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will tell me! :D
