any gm in europa?

i am stuked in same place dead from 1 hr and already asked about a gm from 45 minutes i receive same message from 40 mins "u are currently number 7 in help queue....." please help im really stuked and already used many times the stuked options

please help!!

I allways get stuck at 6-7 for hours on EU it seems. Kinda lame! :sad4:

Um just a thought but have you tried using the stuck option and it teleports you to the town you choose on the list?
