Classic Client Ankh of Sacrifice - light effect

When facing East, the Ankh of Sacrifice has a light effect, as shown on picture below. When facing South, the ankh has no light effect.

I have submitted a problem report into the system on this issue. This appears to be occurring in both the classic client and the EC. The EC occurrence looks to have some strange offset as well.
