As the only item I got today that did say (according to Pinco's) 'relic fragment' and didn't say 'cursed', 'brittle' etc I thought I'd ask if it's actually saleable.
Animated Clever
splintering weapon 10%
hit stamina leech 50%
Dex Bonus 5
Stamina regen 3
Defence chance inc 15%

So - can I sell it? or should I unravel it?

The 10% splintering isn't high enough to make it valuable to PvPers so,
I'd go for the unraveling part.
