Not true: All exceptionally made sammy stuff gets the mage mod, but if it isn't exceptionally made it isn't likely to have a mage mod.
Anyway, I thought it would be, but I had to ask before just giving input.
I wouldn't sell for less than 50mil, but if you got an offer for over 300mil I wouldn't be surprised since it would work perfectly with every single template in the game (save for the obscure).

Mods are awesome, resists are poop and honestly i wouldnt spend anything on anything untill after SA's release and the introduction to imbuing. Sounds like youll be able to put all those mods on a piece with excellent resists.

I always use an ASH when making them, so I am not custom to seeing one that isn't mage armor. Thanks for your imput, it is greatly appreciated!
Actually from my research into inbuing I do not think this will be possible. First this item has a total of 6 mods on it, which won't be possible with inbuing. Limit will be 5. You will have to remove something to get close. Not to mention the amout of rare resources I believe it will take to do something even close to this caliber. And to top it off..your imbued item will die, this shall not.
