[General] Alchemist's Table vs. Elven Alchemy Table

So it confused me for a bit today.
I was doing a quest in Sanctuary with a cloth weaver.
I got a deed for an "Elven Alchemy Table" (with that wording)
Decided to look it up in my carpentry list.
No such deed exists.
There is an Alchemists Table...so I made one of those and placed it and sure enough the Alchemist Table when placed says Elven Alchemy Table.

Just thought it was interesting that the deeds have different names with the same results.
Thought I'd post in case anyone else was confused like I was.
