After that server down time, I now have issues with phys resist -28

I think this is a bug with my reactive armor. I died 2x while fighting. Next hit I take from Boss does 85 damage.. I was like WHOAAA... Check resist and was low. So I get naked and unbuff myself .. Standing at -28 physical nude and unbuffed. Anyone else?
