ABC Archer mana leech stam leech question

Sorry guys still a bit new to being an Archer. Just gm'd archery and I am going to get a new bow crafted here soon. Looking to put the following on but heard something about a cap for archers on mana leech and stam leech.

I am going to be using a composite long bow and I am curious what the max leech for mana and stam i should put on it?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think i was reading it would be something like 40 percent.

for mana leech the formula is
base weapon speed x 2500 / 100 + ssi where ssi is swing speed increase

for bows you divide this by 2

stamina is capped at 50 i believe

Sorry just a tad confused but looking at the formula it would be

4 (base weapon speed) x 2500= 10,000 then divide by 140 (100 + 40 swing speed increase) which equals 71 but then we divide by 2 which equals 35
