This item looks a lot like the event item from LS, where Aname and Auto battled each other on the open area that is part of the new fire island (that big open space that can only be reached by boat), and we killed auto... then a fan boy appeared, and basically whomever attacked it got:

This rose may be a different one, however the art looks quite the same as with the hue; in relation to the LS event drop.
