She took a final look around. She’d only lived in that particular house for a brief time, so it didn’t feel like home to her. In fact, her entire time back in Britannia had felt…different. She’d lived here for a few years now, but it was not her home. Her home was very far from here, and it was time to go back there.
Satisfied that she had taken everything she needed, she tightened the saddle on her horse.
She had told very few people good bye. She’d not made many friends this time around. Probably because she knew her time back was limited. She’d never felt the connection to the people she’d met that she knew she should have felt. And she had done a disservice to those Guardians of Virtue who had joined her. Her heart was no longer part of the GV.
Leela had promised to watch over the GV that decided to stay. Dramora was certain her sister would do a wonderful job.
She had mixed feelings wandering through the castle. On one hand, she was excited to be going home, but on the other she was a bit saddened that she wouldn’t ever be back to Britannia.
One last hug from her sister, she mounted her horse. Looking ahead she sees Dagur mounted as well, ready and waiting with a smile on his face.
"You really want to do this?" She asked him. "You don't have to go because I asked."
Dagur’s smile softened and he finally said, "Let's go."
Without a backward glance, they rode off.
