well, seeing that it was an anniversary item most likely it meant it was given out at some celebration and more more than 1 player received. Given the time lapsed there won't be many around. So if you estimate there are 10 or so left that's still around but no special hue you can get probably 50-75 mil on it. Now you might get some ultra seer item collector and pay you 150 mil or more. Its all possible.
