700 skill point Thrower Template+suit

Hey guys i am looking for a Thrower template that would fit into 700 skill point i found a few templates but they all seem to be geared towards 720 skill points i am also looking for a suit i only have a blacksmith/imbuer is there a way to make a suit using blacksmithing or should i just level my tailoring up to make it out of leather?

My thrower wears plate - throwers don't need the ability to med so not sure why youd opt for leather in any case :)

As for template, if it were me I'd probably pick the template I thought would work best for me and shave points off where I thought they would be least missed.

Most thrower templates have Bushido, just leave it at 100 instead of 120 to fit it all in.
