Hate to create a new thread when the questions probably been asked 100 times but i couldnt find tyhe answers in the FAQ

Question #1
Do you have to have both hands free to steal an item? Or is it possible to have a spellbook/weapon equiped at the same time you steal.

Question #2
How much Stealth do i need to be able to stealth 100% while wearing full normal leather armour, Burglars bandama and a spellbook?

Couldnt find the answerts in the FAQ. Or did i miss it?

1: Yes you need both hands free.
2: 75 stealth minimum with non-studded leather armor.
