in my opinion it is a niche piece if no one needs LMC or LRC. I mean you may be able to get a couple mil for it. It all depends on the need of the individual and in their set.

Yeah, it's a nice enough piece worth selling. Good regens on there , decent mana & intelligence boosts, fire eater is always popular. No reason you shouldn't try selling it for a fair price.
