Is there any information about 110 versus 120 fishing regarding MiB's? i did a quick search, but have to head to work in a min. Am i likely to get more mib by having 120 versus 110 fishing?

Simple answer: No, it's a flat chance in deep sea to pull a sea serpent, and for it to be one with a MiB and isn't dependent on fishing level. Same for shoes, you'll get as many at 120 as at 110
