I placed a completed Runebook copy on the Main Floor of CJ's Rune Library just
look for the Ricardo lamp. and beware the FEL locations they are already (at
least as of this writing) being camped by red griefers. ah well.

No reds to be seen, and the only Factioner Blue I saw seemed to be more scared of one of my crafters than I was of him.
