100% cold

would love to make a few 100% cold weapons for a test...but dont have a clue how
??? I have a leg BS...so what runic hammer and what type of ingots?

U need to stand near the soul forge and use a shadow iron runic smith hammer, then choose powerful reforging, grand artifice, inspired artifice, exquisite/of quality and probably burn a few hammers to get it. Anyway it's a good idea to check the process on TC

Yep as above. I've made some nice 100% elemental bladed staffs.
