[Buying] 100% Cold/Fire Weapons

I'm in the market for 100% cold and 100% fire weapons. I'm mainly looking for the following but will consider others:

Leafblade
Daisho
War Axe
Broadsword

I'd prefer exceptional but it's not mandatory.

The following mods can be present:

Stamina Leech
Mana Leech
Slayer Property
Hit Lower Attack/Defense (Leafblade/Daisho)
SSI (War Axe/Broadsword)
Damage Increase

If other mods are present I can't use the weapon.
