Are you looking for anything specific with them? They're craftable with blacksmith. I can make them on Sonoma.

Ok, I'm apparently a little dense here. I don't see the difference in that picture vs what I just now crafted. Same name, color, and same total resists.

However, I just went through some old armor and found "Dragon Scale Tunic", "Dragon Scale Helm", etc. Is that the prepatch that you mean?
