I actually found one of these yesterday while sorting through loot, hopefully I saved it and didn’t unravel it.

Wouldn't a sampire having mana drain be sort of counter Intuitive? Like once they are drained of Mana, you won't leech any back?

Hit Mana Leech is a weapon property, that converts weapon damage you do into an amount of mana. It does not reduce the targets mana pool.

Hit Mana Drain is a weapon property, that reduces the targets mana but does not return anything to you. if the target is out of mana , it wont do any spells to you .

Hmm. Always thought once they were out of Mana you didn't leech anymore . Maybe that's wraith form.

Darko is correct, leech and drain are different, however, I do think that Mana Drain does give a small amount of the drained mana to you.

Wraith form is a mana drain, rather than a leech, hence you don’t get mana from creatures with no mana to drain.

Darko what exactly are you hoping to do with a staff like this?

the fatigue and mana drain take away mana and stamina from what you're killing. making them "swing" slower and cast fewer spells. used for peerless and bossing.
