If a gargoyle only dismounts with this wep, the person that is hit gets the resistance to paralyze activated. That seems like an oversight because the special would paralyze when on mount. Maybe I am wrong.. is it working as intended?

Who even PVPs with a gargoyle? I never see anyone unless they are joking around.
Does that matter? If there are only a couple of people that use it and its broken, don't bother fixing it?
It should be fixed. I'm just pointing out there may be other changes that could be made since gargoyles don't appear to be viable in PVP.

They've acknowledged they're reading the thread by responding herein. My guess is that it helps to submit these types of responses to their official email as well so they have some better documentation rather than just a thread on this forum. That's why it is important to try to keep the thread and conversations as productive and thoughtful as possible rather than having a conversation turn into personal gripes or an angry rant.
