Publish 62.3: Client 7.0.3.0 is now live on Origin.

Please note that this client is 336 MB in size. While this is a larger than normal patch for legacy clients, we have modified the system so that future patches involving animation data can be smaller. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience.

Patch Note for TC1 included new stackables, but Patch Note for Origin doesn't include them.

Are these new stackables removed?
