Hail, fellow shadow lurkers,

Lady Dawn has made a note of the contribution made by the thieves towards the success of the rebellion and kindly provided me with some of the vaunted Cloaks Of Silence. I will, in turn, reward all the citizens who are in a good standing with the thieves this Sunday at 2:00 PM Pacific (3pm Mountain, 4pm Central, 5pm Eastern) by giving them a cloak.

It will happen in the sewers.
